If you satisfy some requisites, g+ should ask you if you want a custom url:
You have ten or more followers (people who have added you to their circles)
Your account is at least 30 days old
Your profile has a profile photo
Your account is in good standing

Log in to Google+.
Click on the “profile” tab on the left side of the screen.
Look at the URL in the address bar.
Note that the set of characters after “http://plus.google.com/” in the URL is your Google+ ID.
