Auction Essistance For Verified PayPal Accounts?

I am looking to get a verified PayPal account so I can use with bing. I don't have means to create my own account or have card or bank to verify it.

I contacted them to see if they could help me, but haven't heard a response yet. Does anyone have some reviews on them?

Well I personally have been using https://www.aspkin.com/forums/ebay-accounts-sale/



for about 10 years. They are the original people who created the ebay and paypal stealth stuff. I find others to be a copy cat of lower quality or just out right scams.
But yea, check them out , I'm sure they can help and reply fast.
