I have seen a similar post on a different forum today and I have the same issue with it. Your post has given me minimal information to go off. I doubt I will be able to help knowing this little. Provide some details about your situation and what you can reasonably afford.

I have also seen a very similar post to this one on a different forum. So I am just going to tell you the same thing. My brother-in-law has recently purchased a great little house in the Philippines with his wife nearly right after their marriage. The house is great, it's not too big so it is manageable to take care of and it wasn’t too expensive. However, not knowing anything else about your situation prevents me from helping you any deeper.
