I don't see any sense in this update. Windows 10 is the most optimized Windows. You need lower specs computer for running on this operating system than for running Windows 7. This is all because they have excellent WMI host providers. You can read more about them on softwaretesttips.com. It uses very little of your CPU, so it isn't overloaded by running the operating system at all. It permits the CPU to fully use its power on other software you will run on your PC, eliminating overheating and glitches on the computer.
