<p>So, the son has a start date at Raleigh, does this count as a job offer?<br>To clarify whether he has another job, whether it would be considered sufficient for him to stop working with his current employer. So, in what field is it better for him to find a job?<br></p>

<p>The fact is that in the US it happens a little differently. We also have tests when applying for a job. I heard that some amendments were made to the law on this. As far as I understand it, this applies to those who have previously worked and had a long break or rest from work. Not sure if this applies to this case. I thought this might help somehow, as my friend in the UK didn't know about this a while ago. Perhaps this should be discussed in advance.</p>
