<p>The fact is that in the US it happens a little differently. We also have tests when applying for a job. I heard that some amendments were made to the law on this. As far as I understand it, this applies to those who have previously worked and had a long break or rest from work. Not sure if this applies to this case. I thought this might help somehow, as my friend in the UK didn't know about this a while ago. Perhaps this should be discussed in advance.</p>
