Hearing Protection

Hello everyone, are you thinking or use anything like earplugs, muffs, etc. for hearing protection. Recently, I bought a new noise-canceling earplug from https://www.bigearinc.com because I face something wrong with my ear. I see there a lot of people list who have a chance to cause tinnitus like riders, shooters, musicians, factory and construction sites worker, dentist, and so much more. But the solution is only one earplug. The swimmer also needs some earplugs to protect their ear from ear. I don't something more about the earplugs, but it's good for me.
