I've been eating a lot of chicken lately as I usually only eat turkey and beef occasionally and pork even more rarely. I'm looking in to breaking up the chicken and trying some fish or seafood, but I have a really tight budget for food and can't be spending tons of money. I live on the east coast, so fish is usually good quality but pricey (also I kind of hate shrimp).

Any ideas?

Sales and frozen fish. Though sometimes fresh is cheaper....certain things like shellfish are like always expensive. But there are times when fresh cod can be pretty cheap if you know how to portion it yourself

I prefer to order seafood only online. It is always cheaper and you can be sure that will get it by the prices from the wholesale. I like this brand globalseafoods most of all. I am pretty satisfied with the quality too. I have even recommended it to several restaurants already and got only positive fit back
