Until now, I have always trusted Paypal... A couple of months ago, I sold an item and linked my bank account to a money transfer from Paypal. I didn't allow any other charges to my bank account, but I have several credit cards on Paypal to use as needed. I often use Paypal as it is an easy payment method. Last week, I noticed an email from Paypal saying that I was charged for a shipping label from Ebay Inc Shipping. There is no charge on my Ebay account. There was no other information, and I knew it was a scam, so I challenged it. A couple of hours later, they canceled it and said it was not an unauthorized transaction. No other details. They won't give me any documents or details other than that they just put up a USPS tracking number that shows it starts in Odessa TX and ends in Garden City KS. It is almost impossible to contact Paypal. A silly little chat window that they CAN reply to a few hours after you send the message. The phone number literally hangs up on you after a while, saying we can't help with your transaction, even though I haven't given any details about why I'm calling. No email to contact. There's literally nothing I can do. A small amount, but they would have done it for a large amount, I'm sure. They have a 1 star rating on BBB. The same complaints. Think twice about using Paypal. Does anyone else have a problem?

PayPal is so popular, You would think that it works well, but it doesn't....

Never liked PayPall, I use Skrill...
