<p>I do my job in the IT industry, most of the time I spend nights in the office. I get a hair loss problem, so I check the hair treatment by a doctor. He gives me a lot of advice on hair care. I get a lot of problems in my daily life and I carefully need to change my habits as lack of sleep causes hair loss.<br><br>The doctor advised me to try yoga, healthy eating, meditation, and a morning walk.
