working principle
The main working process of the MTM medium-speed trapezoidal mill is to rotate the central shaft through the reducer. The upper end of the shaft is connected with the plum blossom frame, and the frame is equipped with a grinding roller device to form a swing fulcrum. The grinding roller device not only rotates around the central axis, but also revolves around the grinding ring, and the grinding roller itself rotates due to friction. A plumber system is installed under the plum blossom frame, and the position is at the lower end of the grinding roller. During the same process of the blade and the grinding roller, the material is thrown up and fed between the grinding roller and the grinding ring to form a cushion layer, and the cushion layer is ground. The rotation of the roller produces an outward centrifugal force (i.e., squeezing force) to crush the material, thereby achieving the purpose of milling.
