It depends on what exactly you want to take the laptop for, for work or games. Because I recently bought myself a gaming laptop here https://thecursedcrusade.com/best-gaming-laptop-under-500/ and very happy, because it took me a long time to choose between a PC and a laptop. But I still chose a laptop, because this way I can take it with me and go to friends to play various online games, as well as take it to the park to work. I'm currently playing The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt on maximum settings and nothing is lagging.

Come on guys, you can get a decent laptop for less than 500 dollars. And if you don’t mind using a fairly used laptop, then you can buy a great used laptop for 500 dollars or less. The major thing to consider is speed and storage capacity. But if it’s a gaming laptop, then you’d want to consider the graphics card too. I’m not a computer genius so I’ll just redirect you to povverful to see better recommendations. They have so much information on their page. But one thing about a laptop computer that most people don’t know is that the more it ages the slower it becomes. There is even a place or an app that can determine how old your laptop is just to know how important it is that you consider how old it is before buying. There are so many other factors to mention from. If you one hundred percent consider these factors, then you are good to go. Then you can buy a fairly used laptop. If not, then just get a new one. It’s not worth buying a low quality product only because it’s cheap. I mean, you could regret it. I hope this helps. Make sure to share your decision when you come up with one.
