<p>I applied for a passport renewal back in February and was told the process would take about 4 weeks, which was fine because my Canadian fishing trip was scheduled for the end of June. Now, 3 months later, my updated passport has not arrived yet.<br><br>Calling the US State Department, I was told that processing applications could take up to 7 MONTHS due to delays related to Covid. My grandmother left Sydney in March 1931 for England (having married my grandfather, who was British, two days before). I'm not sure if she will therefore have travelled under an Australian passport or under a British passport (as his wife)? Does anyone know?
