I hired many of them to help me advertise my site and get it in top of searches in google, yet everyone of them failed, untill i found some cool guys from https://socialubiquity.org/seo/ that did their job properly. Since then, my site has been in top of car-related products sites of my country. Since then I always ask for their licensed before I make a deal with them. So dont forget to study for ur test !
