I have the same problem, but I am to lazy to return sport in my life

Excess weight it's very common problem nowadays especially. How many really 'big' people I see everyday in cafes. And the worst is that they don't see the problem, even if they understand that to be skinny and sporty is better, they don't want to help tehmselves to achieve the comfortable healthy life.
