My shoulders are very sore, and I don't understand why. The pain sometimes goes away, but the pain still comes back. I run and sometimes even go to the gym. What could be the problem ?

Yoga will cure your problem, just like it cured my back and knee problem.

Hi all, the topic of this post really interested me, because I have been suffering from joint pain, especially in the shoulders and neck, since I can remember. The problem is that the pain cannot be completely and permanently relieved. The longest I have been able to get rid of pain is six months. Then they kept coming back again and again. The method of heating the problem areas and special massage helped me the most. This at least prevented my muscles from stiffening. You can find more information about our problem here: cameronmch.com. I hope that I helped you. Good luck!

I have been suffering from intense shoulder pain ever since I reached the age of 60. It has been hard to find a way to ease it, and believe me, I've tried everything from going to the gym to taking all kinds of medications. Unfortunately, very few methods have worked. The best thing I've tried so far for my joint pain has been CBD oil, which has anti-arthritic activity and may help symptoms by targeting the cells that drive inflammation. I get mine from https://cbdhandle.com/best-cbd-oil-in-canada/. CBD is different from tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) because it's much less likely to produce the "high" feeling often associated with cannabis.
