Well, I also didn't trust any chiropractors but when I had neck pain my friend advised me one and he helped me.

Last month I visited a chiropractor and he helped me a lot. I had back pain and after the chiropractor whom I found here https://kosakchiro.com/ examined me, he said that the problem was in my spine and in my weak back muscles. I agreed with him because I work in the office and I spend my whole day in front of a PC. He said I should have a break for at least 5 minutes each hour but I said him I couldn't have breaks so often. So, we agreed that I would visit him once in two weeks and would do some exercise at home. And after a few visits to a chiropractor and some exercises, I felt great and my back pain didn't destroy my life anymore.
