If you have enough budget, I’d recommend screenflow to you, it’s the best and professional screen recording software on Mac. compatible with almost all games.
Or you may try Acethinker Screen Recorder, It is a free online tool that lets you record your screen right from the browser. You don’t have to install any additional plug-ins or add-ons. I always use it to on my windows laptop, but I’m not sure it works on Mac or Not. Since it’s a web-base tool, you may try it on your Mac.

As far as I know there are a special tool on mac system. I don't actually remember it and want recommend https://osxtips.net/ where are I found it. There are a lot of different IOS tips and tools.
