According Drakemall’s Terms and Conditions and FAQ, Drakemall claims it doesn’t use ‘real’ money. Instead, you are filling your Drakemall wallet with real money when you first set up your account. The $ shown on the screen near the cases does not signify USD. Instead, it signifies a form of credit or psuedo-currency.

With that said, that technicality doesn’t matter for a lottery. Because you are using real money and converting that USD into ‘Drakemall Credit’ (which confusingly also uses the $ sign), when opening the case with that credit, you’re ultimately still paying real money for each entry fee for a chance to win the ‘bigger’ prize.

It doesn’t really matter. If you live in the United States and you participate in this site, you could be found guilty of illegal gambling, which could be against state or other local gambling laws.
