Messi is the better player when playing in a system and that system is called Barcelona. When he plays in any other system (read for his country Argentina) he does not appear as effective or as successful, despite being surrounded by world class players like Di Maria, Aguero, Dybala, Higuain etc. Messi has not played in any other system so we are not so sure if he can be effective in any other systems as well. As a Barca player he is undoubtedly one of best ever.

The answer is Messi all time. He has better results of scores and he is the most titled football player ever. I ca not even imagine how you can compare his achievements to anybody`s at all.
