Bing has quite rightly hit the nail on the head about this tight little network acting quickly, to not only make some serious cash from Mr Bill Gates, but also to form some great partnerships.
I think that maybe to escalate this quickly and make it really manageable is to maybe ask.

Who has 10 profitable campaigns on Bing with landing pages?
Who can track 10 campaigns at once?
Who can create 10 landing pages in 3 - 4 hours?
Who can find 10 profitable campaigns in 3-4 hours?
Who can set up 10 ad campaigns in 2 - 3 hours?

I think they are using entropay for VCC, i have created bing successfully but still cant get google campaign pass.. will try again..
