My answer, like every other will be largely opinion based. Nobody knows all the available options, let alone has experienced them.
From a big and unlikely to collapse point of view: Amazon, and yet its technical and not easy for many.
From a cheap point of view there are many options like Godaddy, Bluehost, etc, but less in the way of detailed customer support.
There are many small businesses that build sites for customers and hten provide a on the side hosting service. These are often mid ranged in price ($200-$300) but come with more personalised support, and are often happy to answer “irrelevant IT questions.”
I run my own hosting company using AWS servers (amazon) and using TPP as a domain wholesaler. My own company WTQ Hosting fits within the above category. Obviously I’m biased and would love more clients, yet the couple of hundred clients I already serve say many good things about me
