We are professional manufacturer of the Raymond Mill. We have been offering the Raymond mill to many countries for many years. Raymond mill (also can be called Raymond Grinder) is used for grinding materials in the fields of building materials, mining, metallurgy and chemical industry. The materials must be non-flammable and non-explosive materials such as: limestone, calcite, barite, potash feldspar, talcum, marble, ceram and slag, dolomite heat preservation materials, chemical materials and so on (more than 280 kinds of materials).
The materials should have the hardness less than 7 in Moh’s scale and humidity less than 6 percent. The granularity of the end products can be adjusted from 30 to 325 meshes. Raymond mill is collocated with jaw crusher, elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, main unit, classifier, collector, cloth deduster and high-pressure blower and so on.
Raymond mill stone grinding capacity factors
1. The hardness of the materials. It will be more difficult for the Raymond mill to grind and bring more damage to the equipment if the materials are harder. The grinding speed will also slow down to some degree. Of course the grinding capacity is weaker. 2. The moisture of the materials. The materials tend to attach to each other and jam in the material transportation process if the materials contain a high moisture degree, causing the smaller grinding capacity. 3. The required fineness of the materials. The higher demand for fineness makes the smaller grinding capacity of the Raymond mill.
