I've always been curious about the fact of the lottery work. Is it luck or you are able to predict the outcome of the lottery?

I think that most of the winnings especially big it's pure luck and the phenomenon is quite rare.  I've always wondered why there are no mathematicians or extras among the lucky lottery winners there is a very strange impression.  There is such a thing as cold and hot numbers and it would seem if there is such information why I do not hear about multiple lottery wins.  So luck plays a decisive role here.

I think luck is pure chance and it is foolish to rely on it
