It depends on how much money you need. And how good your business plan is. Bank will refuse to give you money if you won't be convincing enough.

It depends on how much money do you need. I don't think that link building requires too much money. And as a Bookak said, some financial organizations won't give you money. You can use one of the loan companies for this. For example, it can be Expert Payday Loans company. I borrowed something like $1000 from them a year ago. I hit another guy's car and needed money real quick. They gave me $1000 without any questions and with the low interest rate. I had one more problem - a bad credit history. And it didn't matter for them.
