link didnt work for me ...create account...nothing happened. also we need different email accounts for additional coupons? how do we use the coupons that people are selling here?

My Questions:
1. Do I need to signup to Bing with fake USA user details?
2. Do they verify user details if signup with such fake USA address?
3. Do I need to use a USA IP Address/VPN while signup?
