I do not know how people get the following: "visa / immigration records"
How can I get visa to immigrate in other country?

You need to look into the immigration policy of the country you want to go to,

Yeah this is very important because every country has it's own little quirks that you need to pay attention to when you want to submit an immigration application. Especially since every little inconsistency can cause a negative verdict. That is why it is important for people to actually hire a legal adviser in these types of cases and not just blindly stumble through it. That is exactly what I did when I got the opportunity to apply for an e1 visa. I decided to start with gathering as much info about the visa as I possibly could so I googled something in the lines of e1 visa Los Angeles (Just because I always wanted to live in California) and after I had a little bit of an idea what it meant I started looking for a lawyer. I got a few referrals from some o f my friends and hired a guy who has the largest amount of successful cases with these types of precedents. So I am now in the states legally but let me tell you I Probably would never be able to do it alone so yeah hire lawyer. It is not cheap but it will pay itself in the long run
