What are the rules for serving homemade beer at the festival? Can home brewers donate their beer to charity and serve it on behalf of the charity? Can a charity charge a fee for this? Is there a problem with being cooked in a certified kitchen according to Department of Health regulations?

Yeah, everything should be certified. You can't work without a license or certificate.
Oh god, I remember those sweet days when we all were like normal people. We had met at festivals and drank beer.

Last year there were no beer festivals at all. And for me, as a huge fan of beer, it was a real problem. So, I don't want to repeat that this year. The last time I was at a festival was in 2017. It was an awesome street festival with many people laughing around me. Now, when I go on the street I see only faces in the masks instead of people. A lot of us forget how to communicate, and what means to be a human.
