Lately, when I sit down at the computer to start writing, I start to feel anxious or panic. My brain starts saying, "I don't think today is the right day to write," or "maybe we'll take a break today and come back to this tomorrow." I'm trying to cope with this feeling, but it takes me about an hour to get up enough to put my ass on a chair.

As soon as I get there, sometimes it pulls, sometimes it doesn't. As soon as I finish the session, I feel like "it's just luck." It's a new feeling for me over the last month or so. I can do without it : Nodding

Thoughts?

I agree that many people confuse the onset of writing anxiety with a loss of inspiration. But I won't deny that many people do have this condition. Perhaps more often than not, it comes from a lack of communication with other people. It is inherent in almost all modern writers. One has no opportunity to share one's thoughts with anyone, and one closes oneself off. There are a large number of services that help such people solve this problem. Healthcanal.com/reviews/264730-betterhelp-reviews.html is one of them. I can recommend it with confidence because I was once treated there and very successfully.
