It's a little over your price but the SWFA SS Series is incredibly good. I owned SWFA scopes for almost all of my rifles when I didn't have the money for the couple thousand something dollar scopes. The fixed zoom is perfectly fine for shooting, with my 16x I can shoot 1000 yards no problem. The glass is as clear as you're gonna get it for that price. Extremely durable just look up SWFA scopes on YouTube and you can see the abuse these things take and how good they are. Very nice clicks for quick adjustment and can be locked if you are just going to use Kentucky Windage. For around 300$, you can get a fixed zoom, 16x, durable as fuck scope. Also did I mention IT'S MILITARY TESTED AND APPROVED. As far as I know, it is the cheapest scope to be approved by the US Military. I highly recommend this series of scopes.

This price is too low for a good scope. You can buy good model around $2000 from ATN.here https://www.atncorp.com/thermal-scope-thor-hd But if you are looking for something cheap please mind that it wont be reliable at all
