Buying and selling property - Bookak - 06-25-2020

Hi
Do you know how to sell property fast?
I applied to Canada with my wife, and we have now completed our biometric application stage.

We were thinking of selling our apartment building in India as soon as we get a call to present our passports (PPR) with the final act of officially giving up the place a week before we actually fly to Canada.
I had a few questions about it.

1. Can we sell our home (permanent residence in our home country) as soon as we receive the PPR? Or do we need to keep our permanent residence in India until we land in Canada and get a PR card?

2. If it is possible to sell it before we fly to Canada, what procedure should we follow? Should we inform the CIC / IRCC that we are now selling our home?

3. Money earned from selling a home, how do we declare it to the canadian government, and will we be taxed separately in Canada to contribute this amount?

4.We did not add this amount to our proof of funds, as we had a sufficient amount mentioned on the CIC website separately. In addition to the available evidence of funds, can we revise the amount of money we bring to Canada so that it is much higher than previously stated as a result of the sale of the house?

5. will we have to update our passports with a new address when selling a home, because technically we won't have any address to give until we land and find a place to rent in Canada?

Any members with any information about this, please share.
I can't find this information, since most of it just keeps showing me people who want to sell their residence as proof of funds. We only sell because we don't want any assets left here.

Thanks.

Hi, I also moved to Canada with my wife six months ago. Any move is a very difficult process. I remember how we worried about our visas and passports, about all documents and insurance. A month before the move we took a decision to sale our house, so we needed to sale it very quick. This company helped us a lot https://www.thepropertybuyingcompany.co.uk/landers/sell-house-fast. They're a leading genuine cash buying company and they completed the transaction in just 7 days and offered us the best price on the market. What I want to advise you, if you move for a very long time, you should think about selling a house, it will be very difficult to keep real estate in another country.
