To be honest, weed helps me relieve pain and calm down. But in moderation. I don't really use it now, because I don't suffer from pain and stress, but before it was just a nightmare. Because of the constant pain in my bones, I was very irritated and angry, and I couldn't sleep at night. In addition to marijuana, I also tried kratom, there is in the form of tea, and there is in the form of capsules. What really surprised me was the magic mushrooms. My friend once brought me chocolate with magic mushrooms. I was very relaxed, and after that, I started to sleep very well.
