<p>In my work, I very often began to face slander in social networks.They're trying to blacken my name in all sorts of ways.Tell me how to deal with this?<br></p>

You should immediately send a complaint to posts that slander you, but unfortunately this does not always help. Such posts can be made from fake or hacked accounts.
