Testosterone-Boosting Foods? - MaxForsyth - 01-21-2021

I've been trying to find information about this, but I'm getting mixed and confused signals as to whether it's really backed up by science. Are there any foods that naturally increase the bioavailability of testosterone? From what I read, the focus is on zinc and vitamin D3, which are the trace elements needed for testosterone production. And as for real food, I read about beef, milk, shellfish, garlic-things that I mostly already eat. Is there anything substantial to confirm this?

On the other hand, are there specific foods to avoid to help lower your estrogen levels? Any help would be appreciated

Personally, I never noticed any improvement from changing my diet, only TRT helped me.

I had a testosterone deficiency, so I can tell you about my experience, even though each case is individual. I didn’t want to go on TRT, because I did a little bit of research and I read that this treatment can cause prostate cancer. So I was looking for something less dangerous and that’s when I found Testogen. Its ingredients include herbs and vitamins, so they’re completely harmless. It contains vitamins B6, D3, K1, D-aspartic acid, magnesium, zinc, boron, nettle leaf, fenugreek, red ginseng and nettle leaf. As you see, all natural and good for your health. So if you don’t want to go the radical way (TRT and such) I recommend you to check this supplement.
