I read a lot of literature before giving birth, which helped me in the future. I believe that it helped me to prepare well for pregnancy by knowing the main information.

The feeling of anxiety and fear during pregnancy, especially in its later stages, is quite common. This is an absolutely normal phenomenon, typical for many expectant mothers. Courses in preparation for childbirth are not only a great opportunity to spend time with benefit and pleasure, having received a lot of necessary information, but also a sure way to debunk many myths about pregnancy and childbirth that unnecessarily lead you to an anxious state. Depending on how the pregnancy proceeds (with or without complications), as well as on your individual views, you can choose courses with a specific focus. I was advised there insanely comfortable clothes for pregnant women, which allowed me to look beautiful and not fall into depression. I wish you an easy birth!
