Skinny girls in the instagram - MrStuden - 05-05-2021

I see a lot of skinny girls in the instagram photos, so now I think I'm fat. I don't know how to stop thinking about it and realize that I'm not fat. What do you think about it?

Skinny doesn't mean healthy. You should love your body, because no one will do it for you. I'm sure you are beautiful.

Most of Instagram photos are photoshopped, so it's not real. You shouldn't worry about something that isn't real. Every body is beautiful in its own way and never be ashamed of it. If you like your body that's all that matters. If not, then get a gym buddy and hit the gym.

I know there are a lot of teens in my situation: due to social media beauty standards, I stopped eating and it nearly led me to anorexia. I went to a doctor, gained my weight back and my health is normal now. Still, I don't feel fit, if you know what I mean. As far as I'm concerned, nutrition is 95% of success. Could you please leave some pieces of advice for people who are trying to lose weight in a healthy way? Maybe even start a course, who knows? I think more people need to see your posts, because a great deal of people struggle with ED and insecurity regarding their body. Thanks in advance!
