<p>I just switched to superfast 2 from Vodafone at the beginning of April, and since last weekend, the maximum download speed is 8 MB.<br>I spent hours on the phone/chat without joy,<br>they sent a new router, after all, still the same and still stalling because of the problem<br>I believe that they limit the lines and do not fulfill their promise on speed<br>How can I bear to re-instruct them to stick to their contract without paying the outstanding contract?<br>In my opinion, this is a complete failure by them to fulfill their part of the contract<br>Thank you in advance<br></p>

<p>I agree with your opinion. It really is useless. Even though <a href="https://www.reportlinker.com/ci02081/Telecom.html">Telecom Industry</a> is growing worldwide, Vodafone is, on the contrary degenerating into the past or staying where it is. I don't know how to comment on this properly. In any case, it's worth pursuing justice and bothering the employees until they get their quality of service sorted out.
