Real estate prices......are they going crazy where you are too? - AngelaJohnston - 09-01-2021

I know that prices have dropped, but I find some of the prices I see here at OKC a little crazy lately. We are not located on the coast and, as a rule, we do not see boom/bust cycles associated with housing prices in the largest markets (we occupy the 25th-26th largest in the country, 1.4 million people for the entire metro, which drops us to about 40th place in total statistical area).
You can buy real historical real estate in Places Park, Crown Heights, Edgemere Park....... as listed on the National Historic Register, just a few miles north of downtown, not south and west (where everything south, east and west is worth 1/8 of what you buy). In the same price range as similar things or other new properties that I see.
In other areas, in some "desirable" areas, I see things like a 1,400 sq.ft. 3/2 bungalow, without a garage, with an asking price of $ 300,000. For me, this is madness. Oklahoma is a cheap state to live in, but wages are also lower there.
The only thing I can think of is that the ACS had the lowest unemployment rates in the country before the pandemic, and we are still ranked 2nd or 3rd in the country since it began.

I haven't noticed a price boom lately.

For some reason, it seemed to me that real estate prices across the street fell because of the pandemic. People don't have enough money to buy expensive real estate, especially if we are talking about houses that require further financial investments.
That is why I decided to purchase a new apartment in the city. Thanks to one company, I managed to bring my things in complete safety and even learn some tricks when paying for housing. I advise everyone to visit their page.
We hope that the situation in the real estate market will stabilize.

Lately, there wasn't a significant price rise. Maybe your emotions and shock are because you didn't look at the prices before. As a real estate developer, I constantly verify the prices of buildings, apartments, and households; this is the key to a progressive business, which I am proud of because I am the only one who put everything together.

The real estate prices are crazy almost in every country nowadays. Honestly, I don't see another explanation for it besides the covid factor. I mean, people are looking to buy houses with big yards and gardens now, as they are afraid of another lockdown and staying in their tiny apartments. I was thinking about investing some money in real estate, but after seeing the prices, I decided to go for stocks. Especially after reading this article https://www.suredividend.com/russell-2000-stocks/ I found the right stocks to invest in, and now I'm ready for that.

Hmm, I haven't noticed a price rise too. Real estate has been an expensive thing for a long time already. Actually, I thought about getting into the real estate business before. So don't get me wrong, the USA prices are quite okay. I moved to the Netherlands recently. I was really interested in real estate prices there before my European Removals. I was so shocked when I checked them. Bruh, it is like 1500$ more expensive for 1 sq.m compared to the USA. I would never have thought about it. Talking about 300000$ bungalow, maybe it's not that much. Everything depends on the buyer here. Someone will try to save every cent, while for someone buying a 200000$ house is a usual thing.
