The general process now a days for video editing and deployment - AngelaJohnston - 12-14-2021
So it's been quite a while since I've been thinking about creating an amv. Recently I had a desire to create it, and now I just want to see if I am correctly representing the overall process of creating an amv from start to finish.
For the videos themselves, most of the anime I will be using will be modern anime contained in 720p/1080p mkv/mp4 files. I think this means that I won't actually need to use avspmod/avisynth scripts often, since I won't need to clean up the footage a lot. Moving on, I guess the next step is to create mkv files. I think maybe I can do this codec conversion to virtualdub? But I've also read on forums to just use the amvtool app and convert to mp4 x264 and then edit, although maybe I'm reading it wrong. After I finish editing the footage in my editing program, should I just export it in mp4 h.264 format, since I plan to publish it on youtube?

RE: The general process now a days for video editing and deployment - vicparson - 12-14-2021 I just want to say off topic, but I wish you success in creating anime RE: The general process now a days for video editing and deployment - Joncoynie - 12-14-2021
Well, it all depends on whether you want to upload your videos only to YouTube or not. I don't quite understand and know what format YouTube needs since I have a slightly different orientation in my profession and hobbies. On the contrary, I make audio files from YouTube videos since I create podcast versions of various shows on YouTube. I use the video to audio converter service, as it is free and performs quite well. Perhaps if you search the Internet for more benefits from their creators, you will be able to find a service that will be needed specifically for your question.
|
