Why not? This theme responsive and optimized, it's main things for SEO. But I think the best WordPress theme with a lot of features is Monstroid 2. Unlike competitors, Monstroid 2 has perfectly optimized plugins, skins and it's more functional - https://www.templatemonster.com/blog/mon...vs-enfold/
