Just download this pdf about a ClickBank+PPC method, it includes a method how to get $20 for your PPC campaign at BidVertiser completely free! You need to enter your credit card or PayPal, just set your campaign for 2 days, $10 per day so you are 100% sure you will not pay anything - this is how i do it.
You can use them to promote whatever you want, not just Clickbank of course. I managed to get some sales, so the traffic is not completely crap - however, it is not as good as FB ads or adwords. But it is free!
