A secure link email will be sent to you. It may take a few minutes before you receive your confirmation email. There you have to enter your number and I would discourage this as the link may not always come from the platform, there are also intruders who might be targeting accounts. I would solve this issue with the receive sms online uk feature to discourage the urge to hack your account. PSn should take better care of their users.
