I believe they are very helpful nowadays. I personally use the m-spy Parental Control app. It blocks incoming calls and texts, monitors alarming texts and controls which apps can be used and when on my child’s smartphone. I find it very convenient and handy. Once I had quite an extreme condition and badly needed to find out my son`s location. This app helped me a lot. Also I get a daily report on my child’s cellphone usage, so if his bill is high, I will be able to find out why and it will also allow me to set limitations on the sites he can accessibility. I highly recommend it to any parent who is concerned about their kids` future.
