Updates!

1. Changed the PZM rate from the settlement book to BTC-alpha in USD and BTC, and RUB from another api
2. Removed the commission on p2p, set 0%, as well as in the Exchanger and the Exchange, there was only a commission for withdrawal (except for PZM ofchannel)
3. Added sockets to purse balances vue
4. Rewrote the forwarding of notifications from p2p to the new address new vue
5. Fixed the problem: the user could not see the first address in the address manager
