Your doctor is right... Yoga and a healthy diet help in reducing hair loss. I had the same problem, but once I changed my lifestyle I don't suffer from hair loss anymore. That's nothing difficult in that, you have to eat food rich in vitamins and nutrients, try to avoid stress, meditation is very helpful. Also, black seed oil is very helpful. But, if it doesn't work for you, maybe you need another treatment, like a hair transplant. I have a friend who did it and he is very satisfied with the result. I hope it will be useful for you.
