Restoring photos from iCloud

I also had this struggle once. I deactivated my old Instagram account, but people could see that it is in the system. So they could follow it and text that account messages. I wanted to delete it, but I couldn't find a way how to do this. Then I found this guide, and luckily I succeed in deleting it. I would never think that it can be so hard to delete a deactivated account on Instagram. Why they don't, they make it easier. Even by following the guide, I understood that I wouldn't delete the account without it.
