Description
The '1 week to...' is a series of courses taken from the 30 Days to conquer your anxiety, focusing on a theme each week. The first week is to gain a calm mind.
This course aims to do just that, through lifestyle adaptions, a meditation practice and a variety of yoga practices.
If you feel that you are out of shape and need to feel in control of your life, then this course is suitable for you. You don't have to be able to do fancy yoga poses. nor be able to meditate or practice Chi Kung. These are all taught at a basic level. If you find that it is too easy, there are modifications to make them a little bit more challenging.
Although, for the purpose of this course, your mind is already hectic and racing, so you don't really want to physically challenge yourself too much. In this case, less is more.
Who this course is for:
Individuals who struggle with stress, anxiety and out of shape due to a stresses lifestyle
Individuals who feel they aren't able to meet their deadlines, overwhlemed from stress at home, work or studies, not able to practice self-love

Congratulations! I think this week was extremely nice for you and your body. Now you can work and reveal yourself. I don't have such an opportunity but I use cbd oil and it helps me. Click homepage if you haven't heard about it.

The last commenter mentioned cbd vape in his post, and I can only confirm the statement that cannabidiol is a great remedy to fight stress and to relax both mind and muscles.
