Credit Card Fraud?? Well maybe??

Ok I got my credit card statement in the mail and there's a $100 charge from. ( RAOCOPARKS&WILDLIFE CO DALLAS TX. ). I don't recognize this charge. Can it be for mypoints for Colorado.? Or is it something else?? Anyone else get this charge?? I also attached a picture of it. Thanks Ed

I was charged about $ 400. assuming this is my sons ' deer license.

I guess I just thought I'd get a charge when I get back in May. They even sent me a license for a small game a month or more ago.
