The bank offers its borrowers to pay tax for the non-repaid loan. Is this a mistake by the bank's lawyers or a petty revenge on customers?

Tax for credits? I don't really understand what you are talking about. Haven't really heard about such a thing.

Well, I think that this a fair politics by the banks towards its clients. When you take a loan you should understand the coming problems if you do not pay for it on time. I think that people should be careful with their relations with banks, especially those who don't really understand how the banking system works. For example, my problem is that I don't know how to fill tax returns and that's why I need a serious help. I tried to use https://taxfyle.com/ and their services are on really high level. But I hope that I will learn how to fill tax returns by my own without any help

I do not agree. Sometimes banks don't even give a chance to solve everything peacefully. I think they should change their policy.
