What is your favourite sport and why?

I’d have to say simply walking/hiking. This is a simple activity and endeavor that I have always thoroughly enjoyed to get endorphins pumping and get my cardiovascular system working a little harder. This has always been a great time for me to unwind and just think or talk through things.
